By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the date selected during purchase
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
E-tickets must be presented at the venue entrance for validation
Tickets cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes

3. Age Requirements

Adults: 14 years and above
Juniors: 7-13 years
Children: 3-6 years
Infants: 0-2 years (FREE entry)

Valid identification may be required at the venue to verify age.

4. Venue Rules

All visitors must comply with Ski Dubai's venue rules and regulations, including:

Following all safety instructions from staff
Wearing appropriate winter clothing (provided)
Height and weight restrictions for certain attractions
Health requirements for penguin encounters

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT
Payment is processed securely via our payment partners
Promotional discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers

6. Cancellation Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your visit to Ski Dubai. All visitors participate in activities at their own risk.
